It records, measures and analyzes all biomechanical aspects of the golf swing in real-time. The Kinematic Sequence refers to the specific order of muscle activation during the Golf Swing. The Golf Academy uses an advanced three dimensional motion analysis system and software to assess your golf swing. The real-time feedback this provides enables rapid behavior change while refining your swing using bio-feedback, quickly advancing the student’s performance and learning. Bio-feedback has proven to be the quickest way to change motor patterns and lead to improvement in your Kinematic Sequence and that combined with improvements in your golf fitness will lead to improved performance and reduction of pain and injury.
This structured Kinetic Golf program precisely measures and defines your total swing metrics, then we discuss and recommend a course of action for you to follow and refine. There is no guessing or opinions – only facts. Combined with digital video analysis this Kinesthetics allows you to see the big picture. As we take you through your program at each stage we have drills, exercises and training aids, to use when you practice at home, by yourself or in our studio bays.
